Step 01
We, Abroad Inquiry, firstly take all academic certificates and transcripts, Passport copies, IELTS certificates, one passport-size photo, two Recommendation letters (for master's mainly), a Job experience letter (if needed), and any additional necessary documents. Then, we make a European-standard CV for the candidate. We arrange all the documents professionally according to how the Universities want them.
Step 02
Motivation letter is one of the essential factors to get an offer letter. We have expert SOP writers who work all day long for the motivation letter. At the very beginning, we send a motivation guideline to the students and guide them regarding the motivation letter. We also provide samples to the candidates for reference. When they send us the draft file, our experts work on that motivation letter to finalize it and make it a standard one.
Step 03
When all the documents, CVs, and motivation letters are ready, we consult with candidates and choose universities based on concerns from both parties. Universities are selected after reviewing academic requirements and matching them to the candidate's profile. If everything is in order, we apply to universities on behalf of the student.
Step 04
After submitting all documents, if the university thinks they are appropriate and meet admission requirements, they arrange an interview. We guide the students regarding the interview, including what questions they might be asked, and provide tips to help them prepare and pass the interview successfully.
Step 05
In some countries, like Finland, entrance exams and assignments are required instead of interviews for assessment. We help our candidates before they attend the entrance exam and assist in completing assignments as part of the university assessment process.
Step 06
Maintaining communications with universities is crucial. On behalf of students, we ensure all communications with universities are handled smoothly, such as clarifying queries, extending tuition fee payment deadlines, and resolving any issues that arise during the admission process.
Step 07
Most students seek scholarships due to the high cost of tuition. We assist students in applying for scholarships based on their academic background and achievements. Our guidance helps students enhance their profiles to meet scholarship criteria. Scholarships such as the Holland Scholarship, Erasmus Mundus, Fulbright Scholarship, and University Excellence Scholarships are available, depending on the student’s profile.
Step 08
Students often face challenges when transferring tuition fees due to a lack of information about banks and exchange rates. We advise students on the best banks for opening student files, securing better EURO/DOLLAR exchange rates, and saving money. Additionally, we assist students in purchasing the necessary insurance for visa processing.

Service 01
To process the visa, there's a need for different documents. We support our candidates in arranging all the documents. There're some documents students cannot manage, and we assist to manage those documents. As example, we help to ready financial declaration document, bank related documents, and many more which are needed to process visa.
Service 02
In some countries, you must legalize all your academic documents before processing your visa. We, Abroad Inquiry, help students legalize their educational documents from the Education Board, Education Ministry, Foreign Ministry, and consulate. Abroad Inquiry also helps candidates get a Police Clearance certificate for their needs.

In most countries, you have to make a VFS/Embassy appointment to see the embassy. Students face a lot of trouble when making appointments. Without making a VFS appointment, students cannot get their visas. There's a fee for the appointment; in some countries, there is no need for that. Students must make this payment, and we will make the VFS appointment.
Service 04
When a student is going to study in Austria, Belgium, or Finland, they need to visit India to attend the embassy, as there are no embassies of Austria, Belgium, or Finland in Bangladesh. Many students face difficulties in obtaining an Indian visa. A nominal fee is required to apply for the Indian visa. Students must pay this fee to us, and we will handle the application process on their behalf.

In most countries except Belgium, Netherlands, and Denmark, students need to show sponsors to afford their accommodation fees. For example, students must show around 10 lac BDT for Finland in their bank statements. Some countries accept second blood, and some accept first blood. So, many sponsor-related documents needed to be shown along with the bank statement.

Every student needs to face the embassy. An interview is conducted by the embassy. Students feel nervous regarding this embassy appointment. In this segment, we support our candidates through our experience. We guide our students about the interview by letting them know related questions.

Apart from the student visa, we also assist candidates in obtaining their dependent visas. Some students wish to go abroad with their spouses and other dependents (children). When a student with dependents receives their offer letter, we apply for the visa for both the candidate and their spouse.
